My stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Savannah was a mix of positives and challenges. The staff, particularly the valet, were friendly and service-oriented, which made a good impression. However, the room situation was disappointing, as we ended up with a handicap room with insufficient towels for four adults. Additionally, the area felt less desirable, though we could easily walk to River Street for dining and shopping.
